bob adney

Bob Adney is an educator and percussionist, and has been a part of the Twin Cities music community for over 39 years. In that time he has played with virtually every musical organization in the area including the St. Paul Chamber Orchestra, Minnesota Orchestra, Dale Warland Singers and the World Voices Choir. Bob is the principal timpanist with the South Dakota Symphony and during the summers he is the timpanist for the Minneapolis Pops Orchestra at Lake Harriet, Minneapolis. Bob currently teaches at MacPhail Center for Music in Minneapolis.

erik barsness

Erik Barsness received his Bachelors Degree in Percussion performance from the University of Minnesota. A Fullbright Scholar, Erik studied in Stockholm, Sweden at the Royal College of Music in Sweden where he received his Masters Degree. Erik maintains a studio of 45 private students. In addition to performing with the Minnesota Percussion Trio, Erik is an active performer in the Twin Cities and works with the percussion group CRASH.

paul hill

Paul Hill graduated from the University of MN, Twin Cities  with a Masters Degree in Percussion Performance. He is the former Principal Percussionist & Assistant Principal Timpanist of the Duluth-Superior Symphony Orchestra, as well as having played with the Minnesota Orchestra, St. Paul Chamber Orchestra, Minnesota Opera, Winnipeg Symphony, and may local theaters including the Guthrie, Children's Theater, and Chanhassen Dinner Theater. Paul teaches at St. Olaf College.
